I'm a mathematician majoring in symbolic computation. I did my doctoral studies at LIP6 at Pierre and Marie-Curie University (Sorbonne University, France) with Annick Valibouze as thesis supervisor. I have taught computer science and mathematics at the University of Versailles and at the University of Paris 6 (from 1996 to 2000), I have been an assistant professor at the University of Carthage (INSAT, Tunisia) from 2000 to 2002. Since 2002, I am in charge of the mathematical programming, optimization and operations research courses at the Engineering School of Statistics and Information Analysis. I coach engineering students to get certifications on datacamp.com. It's a platform that allows them to deepen their knowledge of programming after a few hours of exercises.
I am part of the BIMS research laboratory of the Pasteur Institute of Tunisia (founded in 2016). The object of my research is essentially the one I started with my thesis: symbolic computation. I also work on Systems Biology and more particularly on polynomial dynamic systems, but also on Mathematical Oncology. I also coach students on problems using neural networks (and deep learning). I am particularly interested in the use of SAGEmath, Python and R in these different fields of research.
Skills: Galois Theory, Symbolic Computation, Networks and Systems Biology, Optimization, Operational Research, Neural network, Deep Learning, Cancer, Coronaviruses.
